configure fetchmail and mail relay for gmail

hi,

First of all this is my first experience with zymbra mail server. I am trying to install zymbra mail server with functionality similar to multipop of mdaemon where my server should be able to collect user mail from gmail and then deliver it locally ( I had done same in mdaemon and it was easy to do so). Also I would like to relay all send mail thorugh gmail so that there mails also get synced at gmail. Any help how I could achieve same would be greatly appreciated:D
